Steps to permanently remove your MedicaLog profile.

Deletion Process

Log In

Access your clinical portal using your registered email and password.

Go to Profile

Navigate to the 'Profile' or 'Account Settings' section in your dashboard.

Initiate Request

Select the 'Delete Account' option or email support@medicalog.live with your Public ID.

Data Impact Analysis

Deleted Data

  • Personal Identity & Profile Photo
  • Digital Prescriptions issued to you
  • Uploaded Lab & Diagnostic Reports
  • AI Clinical Summaries & History
  • Emergency Contact Details

Retained Data

  • System Audit Logs (30-day retention)
  • Financial Transaction IDs (if applicable)
  • Compliance Audit Trail (as per law)

*Note: Retained data is purged automatically after 30 days from the account closure date, unless required by Bangladesh legal authorities for ongoing clinical audits.
