By accessing MedicaLog, you agree to these clinical terms of service.

1. Scope of Service

MedicaLog is a clinical management infrastructure provided by Abedon. We facilitate the secure storage and exchange of medical records between patients and verified healthcare providers. We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical advice.

2. Professional Verification

All clinicians (Doctors) must provide valid BMDC registration details. We reserve the right to audit and suspend any professional account that fails to meet the verification standards of the Bangladesh Clinical Registry.

3. QR Token Security

The Secure QR Token is a high-security access key. Patients are responsible for protecting their token. Healthcare providers are prohibited from copying or misusing data accessed via token-based sessions.

4. Clinical AI & Accuracy

Automated clinical insights, including drug interaction alerts, are powered by GenAI (Gemini). While highly accurate, these are supportive tools. Clinicians must exercise their professional judgment and verify all data before issuing treatment.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
